Service model
PixelHarbor is an independent web development studio. We partner with small and mid-sized companies — primarily in Denmark and Western Europe — to design, build, and maintain the websites and web applications they rely on for their business.
We are a services company. We do not sell licences, templates, or physical goods, and we do not take on consumer-facing transactions. Every engagement is between two registered businesses, governed by a signed agreement, and invoiced under standard net-30 terms.
Who we work with
Our clients are typically established SMEs in professional services, industrial supply, light manufacturing, and B2B SaaS. They are companies with a clear commercial need, an identifiable project sponsor, and an expectation of long-term partnership over short-term turnover.
How we work
Engagements begin with a written scope and a milestone schedule agreed in advance. We invoice as milestones are accepted, and our clients always know what is being built, when it is due, and what it will cost.
Once a project ships, most clients move onto a monthly maintenance subscription — a small, predictable retainer that keeps the work secure, current, and supported by the people who built it.
