Two engagement types, two clear billing rhythms, one payment term. We share full pricing in writing as part of every proposal — the ranges below are indicative and intended to help you assess fit.

Custom development

Project, contracted

From €18,000

Indicative; scoped per engagement.

Fixed scope agreed in writing before work begins.
Milestone-based invoicing, typically 3–5 invoices per project.
Each invoice issued on milestone acceptance, payable net-30.
Source code, documentation, and credentials handed over at delivery.

Ongoing maintenance

Subscription, monthly

From €1,200 / month

Tier sized to the system being maintained.

Monthly subscription invoiced in advance, payable net-30.
Defined block of development hours included each month.
Security patching, monitoring, and incident response.
30-day notice period on either side. No long lock-in.

Contracts & invoicing

All work is performed under a written agreement between two registered businesses. Invoices are issued in EUR or DKK, include VAT where applicable, and are payable within thirty days of issue.

We accept payment by SEPA bank transfer and by card. We do not accept consumer payments, cash on delivery, or any form of inventory-based commerce — PixelHarbor is a services company only.
