We collect the information you submit through our contact form: your name, company, business email, country, and a description of your project. We do not collect or store payment card data; any payment processing is handled by Stripe. We use cookies only for basic, non-personal analytics, if at all.

We use submitted information to respond to qualified business inquiries and to manage client engagements. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where strictly required to deliver our services (for example, transactional email delivery via Resend).

We process information on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to business inquiries) and contract performance once an engagement is underway.

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months. Client project data and related correspondence is retained for 5 years for accounting and legal purposes.
