Refund Policy.

Overview

PixelHarbor provides contracted B2B services. Because all work is custom and delivered against a signed agreement, the following policy applies.

01 — Project work

Payments made upon milestone acceptance are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before a milestone is completed, the client is invoiced for work completed to date at the hourly rate stated in the Statement of Work.

02 — Maintenance subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

03 — Exceptions

Refunds are issued only where PixelHarbor has materially failed to deliver the agreed scope and has been given a reasonable opportunity to remedy the failure.
