We agree the scope, timeline, and milestone schedule in writing before any work begins. The contract identifies both companies, defines deliverables, and sets payment terms at net-30.

Work is divided into clearly defined milestones — typically discovery, design, build, and launch. Each milestone has a written acceptance criterion and a fixed invoice amount issued on sign-off.

We hand over a working system together with documentation, source code, and access credentials. Final invoicing is tied to formal acceptance, not to elapsed time.

Most clients continue with us under a monthly maintenance subscription. The same engineering team stays on the account, with predictable billing and 30-day notice on either side.
